Due to the latest Coronavirus finding in the Cities Govt. of Maharashtra has taken a decision to close schools in Pune City and Pimpri-Chinchwad Twin cities area to be implemented till the next updates from the Govt. In Mumbai , Navi Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur, gymnasiums, cinema halls, swimming pools will also be close down from today midnight as a part of precautionary measures by the State Government.
A short while ago the CM Shree Uddhav Thakeray of Maharashtra declared this highly Important announcement in the Assembly of State .
The high level measure has been taken in cities like Pune, as the region has eight infected persons suffering from coronavirus, which is highest in the state of Maharashtra.
Shree. Shekhar Gaikwad the Pune Municipal Commissioner, said that since 12th March 2020 two new patients have been reported. However the health of all the persons infected is stable and they have been in quarantined wards in Pune's Naidu Hospital and in Pimpri-Chinchwad the Municipal hospital.
