Activist-lawyer Prashant Bhushan today moved an application before the Supreme Court seeking to present additional evidence if the court was not satisfied with his submissions and went ahead with criminal contempt proceedings for his tweets allegedly scandalising the judiciary.
A three-judge Bench had on Wednesday reserved its order on a suo motu criminal contempt case initiated against Bhushan and Twitter Inc with regard to his tweets. — TNS
